About · Small on purpose

Established standards. Personal care.

I'm Chase, the person behind Chase’s Studio Works—an independent web studio built around listening well, explaining things clearly, and following through.

Hi, I'm Chase

Customer service first. Websites second.

I didn't start Chase’s Studio Works because I wanted to build flashy websites. I started it because I've spent years in customer service and customer-focused sales, where I learned that people rarely need to be “sold.”

They need someone who listens, understands what they're trying to accomplish, explains things clearly, and follows through.

How Chase’s Studio Works began

It started with helping a friend.

Chase’s Studio Works began when a friend needed help building claytonsluxurypools.com ↗ for his pool-service business. Clayton was already doing the hard part: providing quality service and earning his customers' trust. His website simply needed to reflect that quality and make it easier for people to understand what he offered.

Helping him build that presence showed me how many good service businesses face the same problem. They do excellent work, but their website doesn't represent them properly—or they don't have one at all.

The belief behind the studio

“You shouldn't need a giant agency—or a giant budget—to have a website you're proud to send people to.”

A different kind of service

The skills transfer more naturally than you might think.

I realized I could use the same skills that made me successful working with customers—asking the right questions, simplifying decisions, paying attention to what matters, and genuinely caring about the experience—to help other business owners build websites they're proud to share.

02
