Understand
We learn about your customers, goals, services, brand, preferences, and the job the website needs to accomplish. We confirm that the project is a good fit, then sign a pre-build agreement covering the scope, purchase price, timeline, and responsibilities.
Build first
Chase’s Studio Works LLC designs and develops the initial website around the information and materials you provide. There is no payment required simply for us to create and present this proposed website.
You decide
We present the initial website and explain the thinking behind it. If you believe it is right for your business, you provide written purchase approval. If not, you may decline without owing the purchase price.
Refine and launch
After written purchase approval, we complete the agreed launch revisions, test the responsive experience, connect the domain, and deploy the website. The first 50% is due at deployment. We then complete the two-week post-deployment revision period, after which the remaining 50% is due.
A clear decision point
Signing the pre-build agreement allows Chase’s Studio Works LLC to begin, but it does not require you to purchase. The obligation begins only after you review the initial website and provide written purchase approval. No payment is collected until deployment: 50% is due when the website goes live, and 50% is due after the two-week revision period.

You know your customers and your work better than anyone. Chase’s Studio Works LLC turns that knowledge into a website. You will be asked for business details, existing brand materials, project photos where relevant, and direct feedback at the agreed review points.
You will not be asked to become a designer, developer, or full-time copywriter.
You work with the same person from the first conversation through launch.
