Do I really pay nothing before seeing the website?+
Yes. There is no payment required simply for Chase’s Studio Works LLC to create and present the initial website. If you provide written approval to purchase it, we move into revisions and launch. The first 50% is due when the website is deployed.
Will I sign an agreement before you begin?+
Yes. Before design begins, we both sign a pre-build project agreement that establishes the proposed scope, $995 founding purchase price, timeline, responsibilities, and terms governing the initial build. Signing allows work to begin, but it does not obligate you to purchase the website.
What am I agreeing to if I am not agreeing to purchase?+
You agree to provide accurate business information and requested materials, participate honestly, respond within the stated timeline, and respect Chase’s Studio Works LLC’ ownership of the unpublished website. You are not agreeing to buy it simply because the initial build has begun.
When do I become responsible for payment?+
You become committed to the $995 purchase only after reviewing the initial website and providing written approval. No payment is collected at that moment: 50% is due when the website is deployed, and the remaining 50% is due after the two-week post-deployment revision period. Until written approval is given, you may decline without owing the purchase price.
Is this a free website?+
No. The finished website is a paid, professional product. What you receive before purchasing is the opportunity to see what Chase’s Studio Works LLC can create before making the financial commitment.
What happens if I decline the website?+
You will not owe the purchase price. The unpublished design, code, written content, and project materials remain the property of Chase’s Studio Works LLC and cannot be copied, transferred, published, or used without purchase.
Do I need to write all of the website copy?+
No. You bring the knowledge of your business; Chase’s Studio Works LLC helps organize it and shape clear messaging around the agreed page plan.
Is the website built from a template?+
No. The structure follows proven website principles, but the visual direction and page decisions are created around your business.
Will the website work on phones?+
Yes. Every page is designed and built for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
Do I have to pay for a monthly care plan?+
No. The website is a one-time project. Optional care plans start at $49 per month for hosting, monitoring, form delivery, and up to 30 minutes of minor changes. A $99 plan includes up to one hour of changes.
What if I need more than five pages?+
That is completely possible. Any additional scope is explained and priced before the project begins.
Will I own the website?+
Yes. The goal is a clean handoff to a website that belongs to your business, not to trap you inside an unnecessary subscription.
